Volunteer Disclosure & Background Check

All coaches are required to fill out the Iowa Soccer volunteer disclosure form.  This is required for all new coaches and must be renewed every two years.

Coaches Passes

All coaches will be issued an Iowa Soccer coaches hard pass.  This pass designates that the coach has completed their volunteer disclosure and passed the required background check.  Coaches are required to display their pass at all practices and games.  Referees will check for coaches passes and will not allow a coach on the sideline that does not have a hard pass.  For teams U10 – U19 teams, this may result in forfeiting the game.  Coaches passes are issued in the fall and are good for the entire year. New coaches in the Spring season will be issued a pass in that season.
