If you are interested in becoming a referee for Carlisle Soccer Club , please visit this website for the steps needed to  Become A Referee .

The steps needed are listed on the right-hand side of that webpage. You will have to complete online training as well as attend an in-person training class. When you click on step two, select "view all" at the bottom of the page and you'll see the list of courses being offered around the Des Moines area. You can attend any of them that works for your schedule.

Once you complete the certification, please email our referee coordinator, Chris Fowlie, so you can get in the pool for referee assignments.   

Once you pass your certification you can start officiating matches. Upon completion of your first match assignment the club will pay a $50 bonus! Upon completion of your 5th assigned match the club will fully reimburse the cost of your certification course. 

Carlisle Soccer Referees are paid as follows:
U8 Center- $20 per match U14 Center- $35
U10 Center- $25 per match U14 AR- $25
U10 AR- $15 per match U16 Center- $40
U12 Center- $30 per match U16 AR- $30
U12 AR- $20 per match  U19 Center- $50 
U19 AR- $35
